Job Description:

  • Oversee and track project scopes, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful completion.
  • Coordinate and schedule technicians for service and warranty work orders, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Address inquiries regarding warranty coverage and process replacement orders efficiently.
  • Provide regular status updates using platforms such as Oracle, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and customer portals.
  • Manage service work orders from initiation to completion, proactively addressing any delays or challenges.
  • Lead communication with customers to foster strong, positive relationships.
  • Create and maintain new client accounts, ensuring all relevant work order details are documented.
  • Assess material requirements for each project and place orders for necessary inventory.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure consistency and high standards in both project execution and service quality.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of service coordinating experience (experience with scheduling Technicians, invoicing, handling work orders, and 3rd party communication) - required
  • Experience communicating with vendors and customers.
  • Lighting, Electrical, and LED project management or technical knowledge is a plus (industrial, retail, etc.)
  • Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written/verbal communication.
  • Accommodating, flexible, and able to respond to last minute requests.
  • Experience communicating with vendors and customers.
  • Ability to multitask, transition and keep multiple projects/tasks separated and organized.

Additional Info:

  • Pay range: $55,000 to $65,000 (depending on the number of years of experience)
  • Schedule: M-F, flexible hours (average employee works 8-5, but you can work any schedule you'd like as long as you hit the 40 hours/week)
  • Location: In office in Plymouth, MN
  • Type: Direct Hire with full benefits
